the white horse was a cute place, but the no wi-fi in the rooms is an absolute joke, and my room was a bit tatty. I almost considered leaving a nice review, but not having a larger TV or any special treatment left me feeling rather overlooked. come on, at least a complimentary gesture wou'd ve been nice!

Had a lovely stay at The White Horse! Enjoyed the generous portions at breakfast, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. The only downside? A bit of noise from adjoining rooms, but otherwise, a great experience!

Charming stay with fab food!
We enjoyed 2 nights in a lovely double room. Jeremy, the owner, was super welcoming and gave us great tips for local spots. The Thai food was amazing, def try the green curry! Only wish the room had better soundproofing, but overall, we felt at home here.

Families with kids will love it
The kids had a blast with the toys and coloring books brought to the table. It was a real relief to dine while they were occupied. Sausages came on colorful plates and were actually really tasty.
It wasn’t inexpensive but totally acceptable given the experience.

It was just a strong match for a brief visit in Barton (Cambridgeshire) with reasonable price. The barman provided top-notch service which made my evening enjoyable. Try to get a room further from the kitchen to avoid noise late at night.

The White Horse offers a delightful dining experience with excellent food quality. I particularly enjoyed the grilled prawns and chorizo, and my colleagues praised the lamb. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service, though slightly slow at times, was overall friendly. The convenient coffee/tea maker in the room was a nice touch for late-night work.
